通过运用5种聚集度指标和2种回归分析方法对花椒瘿蚊幼虫的空间分布型和抽样技术进行了研究。所有的指标表明,花椒瘿蚊幼虫在一切密度下均呈聚集分布,分布的基本成分是个体群,且个体间相互吸引;聚集原因是由昆虫本身的聚集行为与环境异质性共同作用所致。数理统计分析结果表明虫口密度在植株的东、南、西、北4个方位无显著差异;植株中部虫口密度较上部和下部大,差异显著,而上部和下部的虫口密度无显著差异。在以上研究结果的基础上确定出不同虫口密度下的最适抽样数模型及一定防治指标下的序贯抽样模型。
The spatial distribution patterns and sampling techniques of A. spp. Larvae were studied by using five kinds of clustering index and two regression analysis methods. All the indexes indicated that the larvae of Allium chinense were aggregated and distributed under all densities, and the basic components of distribution were individual groups, and the individuals attracted to each other. The reason for the aggregation was that they were caused by the aggregation of insects and the heterogeneity of the environment . The results of mathematical statistics show that there is no significant difference in insect population density in the four orientations of east, south, west and north of the plant. The population density in the middle part of the plant is larger than that in the upper part and the lower part, but there is no significant difference between the upper part and the lower part. Based on the above results, we determined the optimum sampling number under different population density and the sequential sampling model under certain control indexes.
