今年以来,在厅党组的正确领导 下,在机关各处室的支持配合下,经过 各方共同努力,我省水管体制改革工作 总体进展顺利。一是试点工作扎实开 展。15个省级改革试点单位均成立了组 织领导机构,落实了工作人员,经过精 心测算,大部分单位已经编制出了改革 实施办法。其中省属三个试点单位的改 革实施办法,经过反复讨论、修改、完 善,并经职代会审议通过,现已正式上 报审批。二是配套办法初稿全部完成。 由有关处室承担制定的《实施方案》八
