目的:进一步建立合理的儿童临床用药风险防范体系,这样可以在一定的程度上促进儿童医生规范用药的标准,进而可以有效避免儿童因为不合理用药而造成的损害。方法:健全医院相对于儿童临床用药的相关制度和规程的建设;进一步加强儿童临床用药的风险监督体系;提高医护人员的专业知识和技能,定期进行相关的专业用药知识的考核,这样对于降低儿童临床用药的风险有一定的指导意义。结果:建立儿童临床用药风险防范体系需要有专业资质的药剂师对医生和护士的用药加以指导。结论:降低儿童临床用药的风险的主要途径是建立相关的儿童用药风险防范制度和体系。
OBJECTIVE: To further establish a reasonable risk prevention system for clinical drug use in children so as to promote the standard of medication prescribed by children’s doctors to a certain extent, thereby effectively avoiding the damage caused by irrational drug use by children.
