转换企业经营机制,企业走向市场。在这种情况下,企业党建工作面临着如何在深化改革中加强和改进、适应发展社会主义市场经济需要的新课题。我们认为,要解决这个课题,主要从以下几个方面入手。一、提高认识,增强搞好企业党建工作的责任感企业内部改革的深入发展,一方面呼唤党建工作给予有力的支持和保证,另一方面要求我们进一步提高认识,增强搞好企业党建工作的责任感。从当前的实际情况来看,许多问题障碍着企业党建工作的开展。这些问题:一是对市场经济双重性给企业党的建设产生的正负效应认识不足,缺乏兴利除弊的思想准备,少数党员党的宗旨淡薄,理想价值观扭曲,拜全主义、享乐主义、极端个人主义滋长,一些党员干部利用职权搞权钱交易,谋取私利,违法乱纪,严重损害了党的形象,在客观上弱化了党的信誉度和说服力。二是部分同志存在种种糊涂观念:有的认为,现在以经济建设为中心,搞市场经济,党的建设无所谓,有的认为,只要生产发展
