Lift the textile mill, the mind will inevitably be flashed out the whole row of looms rumble noise machine scene. Indeed, the impact of noise on textile workers is significant. It was determined that the highest noise intensity weaving workshop, spinning workshop, sound intensity up to 97 ~ 105 dB. Strong noise will have adverse effects on the human body, and even cause noise diseases. Prolonged noise in the environment, can cause hearing loss, resulting in hearing fatigue, severe noise-induced deafness. According to statistics provided by the International Organization for Standardization (ISo), the incidence of noise-induced deafness is as high as 41% for workers who work for 40 years in an environment where the production noise is 100 dB. In addition, the noise can affect the cerebral cortex and the autonomic nerve center through the auditory organs, causing nervous, cardiovascular, digestive and other system disorders such as headache, dizziness, tinnitus, restless sleep, irritability, fatigue, loss of appetite and accelerated heart rate , Unstable blood pressure, menstrual disorders and other symptoms.
