众多世界级大都市的经济腾飞都起步于口岸经济。历史和现实都证明:口岸的发展,总能带来经济的繁荣。开放是中国经济发展的战略引擎,口岸是开放式经济发展的动力枢纽。口岸能盘活大量的物流、客流、资金流和信息流,加快各种生产要素的集聚、整合、流动,推动多种业态、衍生多种功能。实现中国经济的可持续发展,需要更多地发掘口岸的经济潜力以及辐射效能。向北开放,辐射全国内蒙古的开放,是整个中国向北开放的大棋局中最重要的棋眼之一。
The economic take-off of many world-class metropolises started in the port economy. History and reality have proved that the development of ports can always bring about economic prosperity. Openness is the strategic engine for China’s economic development and ports are the power hub for open economic development. The port can mobilize a large amount of logistics, passenger flow, capital flow, and information flow, speed up the gathering, integration, and flow of various production factors, promote a variety of business conditions, and derive multiple functions. To realize the sustainable development of China’s economy, it is necessary to further explore the economic potential and radiation efficiency of the port. Opening up to the north and radiating the opening of Inner Mongolia are one of the most important chess moves in the overall chessboard opening to the north of China.
