经济的迅速发展刺激了能源相关产业近年来的蓬勃发展,能源企业的产业结构创新发展是其中的重点研究课题。以石油企业为例,石油企业体制的改革发展离不开相关公会工作的开展,而石油企业公会在保障石油工人的基本利益、促成工人与企业之间的密切交流合作之间发挥这重要的作用。当前在石油企业公会开展相关工作活动时存在着一系列的问题,只有针对当前这些问题提出相应的解决办法,并对未来企业公会的发展趋势进行展望,才能确保公会的工作顺利地开展。
The rapid economic development has stimulated the vigorous development of energy-related industries in recent years. The innovation and development of energy industry’s industrial structure is one of the key research topics. Taking petroleum enterprises as an example, the reform and development of the oil enterprise system can not be separated from the work of the relevant associations. However, the petroleum associations play an important role in safeguarding the basic interests of oil workers and facilitating the close exchanges and cooperation between workers and enterprises . At present, there are a series of problems in carrying out relevant work activities in the petroleum enterprise associations. Only by providing corresponding solutions to the current problems and looking forward to the future development of corporate associations can we ensure that the work of the association is carried out smoothly.
