目前我国病案管理培训存在缺少国家层面的统一组织、医院领导重视不够、教育培训模式落后和部分人员对培训缺乏积极性等问题。国家应该加强顶层设计以增加培训的权威性,统一领导和规划,建立病案教育培训网络平台,实施网上教学和培训。医院应该充分利用现有资源多渠道培训病案管理人员,要坚持走出去与请进来相结合,脱产培训与在职培训相结合,集中培训与函授教育相结合。培训时要切实增加病案管理培训的实效性,结合实际探讨教学方式方法,以获得最佳的教学效果。
At present, the medical records management training in our country lacks the problems of uniformed organization at national level, inadequate attention of hospital leaders, backward education and training mode and lack of enthusiasm for training of some staffs. The state should strengthen the top-level design to increase the authority of training, unify the leadership and planning, establish a platform for the education and training of medical records, and implement online teaching and training. Hospitals should make full use of existing resources to train medical record administrators in multiple channels. They should adhere to the combination of going out and coming in, combine abortion training with on-the-job training, and combine intensive training with correspondence education. To effectively increase the effectiveness of medical record management training, we should explore teaching methods and methods in order to obtain the best teaching results.
