我是吉安市第三中学的教导主任。一九六○年在全国文教群英会上,我接受了党的一份珍贵奖品——《毛泽东选集》。当时,我激动得流下了眼泪,一个解放前受人卑视的学徒,今天却得到党和人民这么大的信任和嘉奖。这使我终身难忘,时时以此鞭策自己:决不能辜负党和人民对我的期望。几年来,在党的领导和教育下,我更加努力学习,兢兢业业工作,在协助校长抓政治思想教育工作、教学工作和团结教师办好学校等方面取得了点滴成绩。我的一点深刻体会是,要做好教导工作,必须遵循毛主席的教导,坚持人的因素第一,作好教师的思想工作,做好学生的思想工作,同时不断改进自己的思想作风。
I am the teaching director of Ji’an Third Middle School. In 1960, at the national cultural and educational massacre, I accepted a precious prize of the party - “Selected Works of Mao Zedong.” At that time, I was so excited that I shed tears. An apprenticed person who was beheaded before liberation has today received so much trust and recognition from the party and the people. This made me unforgettable for life and always urged myself to live up to the will of the party and the people to live up to my expectations. In the past few years, under the leadership and education of the party, I have made even greater efforts to study hard and work conscientiously, and have made some achievements in assisting the principal to grasp political and ideological education, teaching work and uniting teachers in running schools. My understanding is that in order to do a good job of teaching, we must follow Chairman Mao’s teachings, adhere to the first factor of mankind, be good teachers’ ideological work, do a good job in student ideological work, and constantly improve our own ideological style.
