西部钻探工程有限公司是中国石油旗下以油气钻井为主,专业化服务、技术研发和产品研制相配套,同时兼营油气合作开发业务的石油工程技术服务企业。19年前,吐哈钻井公司4566钻井队跨出国门,开创了西部钻探钻井队伍海外创业的历史。目前,公司6个项目部103支专业化队伍进入海外中亚、西亚和北非的部分国家从事钻探及相关专业技术服务,设立党支部12个,管理党员302人。多年来,公司党委始终高度重视海外党建工作,充分发挥海外项目党支部的战斗堡垒作用和党员的先锋
