所谓创新教育,是指为了培养学生的创新精神和创新能力而进行的教育。在全面推行素质教育的今天,创新教育的提出对于促进学生的全面发展具有积极的促进作用。青海农牧区教育是我国教育系统的组成部分之一,创新教育在青海农牧区小学数学教学中的实施不仅有利于农牧区自身教育水平的提高,而且对于完善我国教育系统也具有重要意义。
