眼外伤是农村常见的危害性较大的眼病之一。深入调查研究摸索出农村眼外伤的防治规律,对保障广大社员群众的健康,有着重要意义。农村常见眼外伤的原因 (一)表浅伤:谷粒、稻秆、玉米叶、树枝、茅草、昆虫、泥屑、沙尘等刮伤角膜或残留于眼表层。(二)挫伤:粗钝物体如石块、扁担、棍棒、牛角等撞击眼球。(三)穿通伤:利器如锥子、针、小刀、剪、铁片、玻璃、树枝、竹杈、有锐角的农具等刺入眼内及农田基本建设爆破时的飞石伤眼。
Eye trauma is one of the most harmful eye diseases in rural areas. In-depth investigation and study to explore the prevention and treatment of eye injuries in rural areas, to protect the health of members of the masses, is of great significance. Common cause of eye injury in rural areas (A) superficial injury: grain, rice stalks, corn leaves, branches, thatch, insects, debris, dust and other scratches cornea or remain in the ocular surface. (B) contusion: blunt objects such as stones, pole, sticks, horns and other eye impact. (C) through the injury: sharp objects such as cones, needles, knives, scissors, iron, glass, branches, bamboo twigs, acute angle of the tools such as piercing the eye and farmland blasting eye damage.
