Forms of crime are more diverse and complex, and criminal means are becoming increasingly intelligent and professional. Criminals use advanced scientific and technological conditions and means to make crime more sudden in time, more uncertain in space, more rapid in activity, more invisible and antagonistic in means, and an anti-reconnaissance tactic more and more. The implementation of “Criminal Law” and “Criminal Procedure Law” put forward higher requirements on criminal investigation work. Therefore, in order to adapt to the development of the situation, to overcome increasingly sophisticated criminals, we must increase the combat effectiveness of the criminal investigation team and take the road of “strengthening police through science and technology” so as to strengthen the “science and technology”
