本文在分析的基础上,实验测定了空心微殊保温材料双面保温情况下,铸钢和铸铝合金的Es-δ/Mc曲线,并在理论上建立了单面保温模数放大系数Ed与双面保温模投放大系数Es的关系,并进行了实验验证.最后介绍了单双面保温补贴结构参数的设计方法.
Based on the analysis, the Es-δ / Mc curve of the cast steel and the cast aluminum alloy was experimentally determined under the condition of double-side heat preservation of the hollow micro-special heat-preservation material. In addition, Double-sided insulation mold put large coefficient Es relationship, and conducted experimental verification. Finally, the design method of structure parameters of single-sided heat-preservation subsidy is introduced.
