本文试从少数民族地区经济、文化角度论述公共图书馆文献资源建设与服务;特别是党的文化大发展和公共文化服务体系建设重点在西部的建议提出,使一些经济欠发达地区的图书馆,对建设信息化及传统图书馆特色建设与服务缺乏理性认识和思考;对少数民族地区图书馆文献信息资源开发与建设缺乏理性的认识和统筹,笔者认为当前全社会在构建公共文化服务体系的环境下,更应侧重现代科技与传统图书馆相结合的图书馆特色服务。
This article tries to discuss the construction and service of public library literature resources from the economic and cultural perspectives of ethnic minority areas; especially the great development of the party’s culture and the construction of public cultural service system put forward the proposal of focusing on the western areas, making some libraries, The lack of rational understanding and thinking on the construction of informationization and the construction and service of traditional library features; the lack of rational understanding and co-ordination of the development and construction of documentary information resources in libraries of ethnic minority areas; the author believes that the current society as a whole is not conducive to building a public cultural service system Under, should focus on the combination of modern science and technology and traditional library library features services.
