从实际工作经验出发,对数字环境下高校科技期刊青年编辑压力源进行浅析,并提出工作中总结出的经验作为减缓高校青年编辑压力的建议。
Based on the actual working experience, this paper analyzes the source of the young editors' pressure in the sci-tech periodicals under the digital environment and puts forward the experience summarized in the work as a suggestion to slow down the editorial pressure of the youth editors in colleges and universities.
