北京市运通客运有限责任公司成立于1999年4月1日,隶属于北京祥龙资产经营有限责任公司,是市政府批准的北京市第一家非政府投资兴办的股份制城市公交客运企业。作为不要国家一分钱补贴的公交企业,它的出现不仅为城市公交体制改革开辟了先河,弥补了北京公交运力的不足,为市民出行提供了方便,同时也为一大批下岗职工开辟出了一条新的就业渠道。通过5年的实践,公司为北京交通系统企业和社会安排了近2000多名下岗职工就业,实现了企业发展与再就业的良性互动,走出了一条以创业促就业的发展之路,被评为北京市再就业先进单位。
Founded in April 1, 1999, Beijing Yun Tong Passenger Transport Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Beijing Xianglong Assets Management Co., Ltd. It is the first non-government funded public transport passenger transport enterprise in Beijing approved by the municipal government. As a bus company that does not need the state penny subsidy, its appearance not only opens the way for the urban public transportation system reform but also makes up for the insufficiency of public transportation capacity in Beijing, provides convenience for citizens to travel, and opens up a large number of laid-off workers New employment channels. Through 5 years of practice, the Company has arranged for nearly 2,000 laid-off workers for Beijing transportation system enterprises and the society to get employed and realized the benign interaction between enterprise development and reemployment. It has stepped out of a road of development that promotes employment through entrepreneurship and has been appraised as Beijing re-employment advanced unit.
