近年来,广西建设行业高职毕业生就业率高居全区各行业前列,建设行业高职院校招生、就业和教育教学已基本形成良性互动机制。本文通过对广西建设行业单位人才需求状况的调查与分析,以期了解广西建设行业产业布局、发展趋势,总结企业用人标准及对当前高职毕业生素质意见和建议,为建设类高职院校人才培养模式的构建提供依据。
In recent years, the employment rate of higher vocational graduates in the construction industry in Guangxi has been in the forefront of various industries in the region. The employment and education and teaching have basically formed a virtuous interaction mechanism in the enrollment and employment of higher vocational colleges in the construction industry.
