本文介绍施釉混凝土板的制法。混凝土板多用作预制装配式房屋、大楼、工厂、仓库等的幕墙和地板。为使混凝土板美观耐用,有时需在板面施釉。为使板的外观丰富多彩,可在施釉面上散布一些耐热性无机粒子后烧成。但缺点是,散布无机粒子后施釉(见图3),有一部分无机粒子(特别是侧面)会粘不上釉,烧成后的釉面呈现
This article describes the method of making glazed concrete panels. Concrete slabs are mostly used as curtain walls and floors for prefabricated houses, buildings, factories, warehouses, etc. In order to make the concrete board beautiful and durable, it is sometimes necessary to glazing the board surface. In order to make the appearance of the board colorful, some heat-resistant inorganic particles can be scattered on the glazing surface and then fired. However, the disadvantage is that after the inorganic particles are dispersed and glazing is applied (see FIG. 3), a part of the inorganic particles (especially the side surfaces) will be sticky and unglazed, and the glazed surface after firing is rendered.
