目的制备姜黄素自乳化微球,以提高姜黄素的水溶性,进而提高其生物利用度。方法利用溶解度实验和伪三元相图的方法筛选自乳化处方,利用单纯型网格法进行处方优化,并对制备的自乳化微球进行体外性质考察。结果制备的自乳化微球的最大载药量为71.32mg/g,包封率为44.31%,平均粒径为11.33μm,在3种递质中的释放量均超过80%。结论所制备的姜黄素自乳化微球载药量高,包封率、粒径符合要求,能够显著提高姜黄素的释放度。
Objective To prepare curcumin self-emulsifying microspheres to improve the water solubility of curcumin and further improve its bioavailability. Methods Solubility test and pseudo-ternary phase diagram were used to screen the self-emulsifying prescription. The simple grid method was used to optimize the formulation. The self-emulsifying microspheres prepared in vitro were investigated in vitro. Results The maximum drug loading of self-emulsified microspheres was 71.32mg / g, the entrapment efficiency was 44.31%, the average particle size was 11.33μm, and the release of the three kinds of neurotransmitters was over 80%. Conclusion The prepared curcumin self-emulsifying microspheres loaded with high encapsulation efficiency and particle size to meet the requirements, can significantly improve the release of curcumin.
