目的探讨医学新生心理健康状况及其影响因素,为学生心理健康教育工作者提供理论依据和实践指导。方法使用《个人信息调查表》和《SCL-90症状自评量表》对乌鲁木齐市某高等医科院校民、汉新生的相关情况进行抽样调查,分析民、汉新生心理健康状况的差异及影响因素。结果 “强迫”、“人际关系敏感”、“偏执”、“忧郁”为困扰民、汉医学新生心理健康水平的四大问题。不同民族医学新生的心理健康状况差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),表现为汉族学生心理健康水平显著高于少数民族学生。影响医学新生心理健康状况的因素有入学动机、报考满意度和家庭氛围等。结论教师应重视医学新生的心理健康状况及其影响因素,采取有针对性的措施,促进学生身心健康。
Objective To explore the mental health of medical freshmen and its influencing factors, and to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for students mental health educators. Methods A sample survey was conducted by using “Personal Information Questionnaire” and “SCL-90 Symptom Checklist 90” to analyze the status of mental health among students from Han nationality and Han nationality in Urumqi. factor. Results “Forced ”, “Interpersonal sensitivity ”, “Paranoid ”, “Melancholy ” are the four major problems that distress the psychological health of freshmen and Han nationality medical students. The differences of mental health status of medical freshmen from different ethnic groups were statistically significant (P <0.01), showing that the mental health of Han students was significantly higher than that of ethnic minority students. Affect the medical freshmen mental health factors have motivation to enroll, apply for satisfaction and family atmosphere. Conclusion Teachers should attach importance to mental health status of medical freshmen and its influencing factors, and take targeted measures to promote students’ physical and mental health.
