醛和还原糖的托伦(Tollens)实验一般是在试管中进行。如果用一洁净的表面皿代替试管在皿上进行点滴反应,则可方便地观察反应现象,并从皿底看到银镜。
The Tollens test of aldehydes and reducing sugars is generally performed in test tubes. If you use a clean watch glass instead of a tube to perform a drop reaction on the dish, you can easily observe the reaction and see the silver mirror from the bottom of the dish.
