西尼罗病毒(WNV)是一种虫媒病毒,蚊虫尤其是库蚊是其主要传播媒介,它可以导致人和动物严重的神经系统症状。WNV分布广泛,已在非洲、欧洲、澳洲、亚洲、中东、北美等地区引起流行,给发病国家造成了重大危害,引起世界各国研究者的广泛关注。阻断WNV的传入,为防止该病毒在我国的暴发流行,已成为我国卫生工作者的当务之急。加强病毒的监测,熟悉病毒的实验室诊断方法并将其应用在监测工作中就显得尤为重要。现就WNV感染的病原学检测方法加以综述以供参考。
West Nile virus (WNV) is a zoonotic virus, and mosquitoes, especially Culex pipiens, are their main vectors and can cause serious neurological symptoms in humans and animals. WNV is widely distributed and has caused epidemics in Africa, Europe, Australia, Asia, the Middle East, North America and other regions, causing great harm to the countries where the disease is caused, and attracting wide attention from researchers all over the world. To prevent the introduction of WNV, in order to prevent the outbreak of the virus in our country, it has become a top priority for our health workers. To strengthen the monitoring of the virus, familiar with the laboratory diagnosis of the virus and its application in the monitoring work is particularly important. Etiological detection of WNV infection are reviewed for reference.
