教育部日前出台了《2006年普通高等学校招生工作规定》,与2005年相比,今年的高考加分条件变化较大。高考移民年限各地自定今年,各省级招生委员会可按照以考生户籍为主、与在本地区高中就读一定学习年限相结合的原则,结合本地区实际,就报名条件、时间和有关要求做出具体补充规定。教育部有关负责人解释说,考生户籍办理下来了,但还要达到一定年限的考生才有资格参加户籍迁移地的高考,具体时间由各地自行决定。六类应届考生可加分2005年,应届高中毕业生有4类情况可以享受加分,今年,“高级中等教育阶段获得省级以上青少年科技创新大赛”者,未列入加分范围,而新增了3类加分情况。6种加分条件是:(1)按《中共中央办公厅国务院办公厅关于适应新形势进一步加强和改进中小学德育工作的意见》和《教育部关于学习贯彻〈中共中央办公厅国务院办公厅关于适应新形势进一步加强和改进中小学德育工作的意见〉的通知》评选获得省级优秀学生称号者;(2)高级中等教育阶段思想政治品德方面有突出事迹者;
