作者采用单细胞凝胶电泳技术检测不同剂量羟基磷灰石(HA)超微粉对肿瘤细胞系Walker256的DNA损伤,实验显示DNA损伤随HA剂量增加而加强。当HA剂量>200μg/ml时,DNA链缺口较对照组显著增加(P<0.05)。随剂量进一步加大,伴随细胞毒作用增强。表明HA对肿瘤细胞系Walker256同时具有基因毒和细胞毒作用,显示其抗肿瘤价值。
The authors used single cell gel electrophoresis to detect the DNA damage of the tumor cell line Walker256 with different doses of hydroxyapatite (HA) ultrafine powder. Experiments showed that DNA damage was enhanced with increasing HA dose. When the HA dose was >200 μg/ml, the DNA strand gap was significantly increased compared with the control group (P<0.05). With further increase in dose, accompanied by enhanced cytotoxicity. It was shown that HA had both genomic and cytotoxic effects on tumor cell line Walker256, indicating its antitumor value.
