水蛭属活血化瘀类药物,具有破血散瘀,通经消癥作用。近来发现水蛭可增加犬的脑动脉血流量,降低血管阻力,对血管壁有直接扩张作用。用以治疗脑血栓及脑溢血之脑血肿有较好疗效,并可加速脑血肿的吸收。本文利用家兔模型进一步研究水蛭对脑血肿及耳部皮下血肿的影响。材料与方法水蛭注射液由我院病理室和药理室共同制备,取水蛭干品,水煮1小时,再经乙醇逐步
