本文介绍用电子计算机进行早期宫颈癌诊断的方法。此法避免了手电筒式萤光诊断仪造成的假阳性率偏高和目测个体视觉差异的问题,从而提高了诊断的准确率。按计算机求出的诊断式对原45例病例进行诊断,其结果癌症的诊对率为100%,炎症的诊对率为95%,其中一例误诊为癌,间变的诊对率为90%,其中有一例误诊为炎症。另外,我们对新的45例病例进行诊断,其中癌症的诊对率为100%,炎症为84%,间变为10%。从这些结果看来,虽进行诊断的病例还很少,但我们认为它是诊断早期宫颈癌的一种相当有效的方法。
This article describes the use of electronic computers for early cervical cancer diagnosis. This method avoids the high false positive rate caused by flashlight-type fluorescent diagnostic instruments and the problem of visual difference in individual vision, thereby improving the accuracy of diagnosis. According to a computer-based diagnosis, the diagnosis was made on the original 45 cases. The diagnosis rate of cancer was 100%, and the diagnosis rate of inflammation was 95%. One case was misdiagnosed as cancer, and the rate of diagnosis was 90%. Among them, one case was misdiagnosed as inflammation. In addition, we diagnosed 45 new cases, including 100% for cancer, 84% for inflammation, and 10% for cancer. From these results, although there are few cases for diagnosis, we think it is a very effective method for diagnosing early cervical cancer.
