目的 研究氨基酸锌化合物的成键特点。方法 将L α Val加入NaOH的甲醇溶液,室温下缓慢加入ZnAc2·2H2O的甲醇溶液中反应,得到棒状晶体。结果 化学分析与元素分析结果表明,其可能组成为Zn(Val)2·H2O。用X 射线衍射法测定了它的晶体结构,属正交晶系,P212121空间群,晶胞参数为:a=0 74636(10)nm;b=0 94720(12)nm;c=2 0687(3)nm;V=1 4625(3)nm3;Z=4;Dc=1 434g·cm-3;F(000)=664;μ=16 93cm-1;R=0 0641;WR=0 1730。结论 化合物为单核结构,Zn为五配位,Val通过氨基氮和羧基氧与Zn配位,水分子的氧也以配位键与Zn结合,形成一个四方锥几何构型。
Aim To study the bonding characteristics of zinc amino acid compounds. Methods L α Val was added to the methanol solution of NaOH and slowly added into a solution of ZnAc2 · 2H2O in methanol at room temperature to obtain rod crystals. Results The results of chemical analysis and elemental analysis showed that Zn (Val) 2 · H2O was the possible constituent. Its crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction. It belongs to the orthorhombic, P212121 space group with unit cell parameters of a = 0 74636 (10) nm; b = 0 94720 (12) nm; c = 2 0687 3) nm; V = 1 4625 (3) nm3; Z = 4; Dc = 1 434 g · cm -3; F (000) = 664; μ = 16 93 cm -1; R = 0 0641; WR = 0 1730. CONCLUSION Compounds are mononuclear in structure, Zn is pentacoordination, Val is coordinated with Zn by amino nitrogen and carboxyl oxygen, and oxygen in water molecule is coordinated with Zn by coordinate bond to form a tetragonal cone geometry.
