ISO9000质量管理体系体现了现代管理思想的精华,在高职院校中建立ISO9000教育质量管理体系,有利于与国际标准接轨,有利于增强服务观念,有利于科学规范管理和提高教育质量。本文进而分析高职院校建立ISO9001教育质量管理体系的必要性和可行性,提出了建立其体系的主要框架和基本步骤。
ISO9000 quality management system embodies the essence of modern management thinking. Establishing ISO9000 education quality management system in higher vocational colleges is conducive to keeping pace with international standards, enhances service concept, facilitates scientific and standardized management and improves education quality. This article further analyzes the necessity and feasibility of establishing ISO9001 education quality management system in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward the main framework and basic steps to establish its system.
