眼部组织由于特殊的解剖结构和所含色素的多少不同、对光线的吸收和产生反射光强度亦不相同。照射在瞳孔区、球结膜和眼睑界面时,对光线的吸收和反射均有明显的差异、可用光电仪器来测量它们的反射光所发生的光电流。为了配合眼球内异物光电控制定位仪的研制,应用光电流来控制X光机自动拍片。我们对瞳孔区、虹膜区、球结膜及眼睑各部位的反射光所产生的光电流量进行检测。材料与方法所选择的对象为汉族52人、102只正常眼(男52只、女52只)、年龄5~49岁,平均年龄26、26岁(见表1)视力均在1.0以上。眼睑和球结膜均五色素沉着、色素痣、
