冬至是二十四节气中的第二十二个节气,表示寒冬的到来,一般在每年公历的12月21日或22日。按照天文学的说法,这一天是北半球一年中白昼最短、黑夜最长的一天。冬至在我国古代被视为一个重要的节日,民间有“冬至大如年”的说法。人们认为,冬至之后阳气回升,是节气循环的开始,因此冬至是一个应该庆贺的吉日。《梦梁录》
