本文介绍了一种全新的反射式光强调制型双探头光纤位移传感器的结构形式及其工作原理。采用该结构形式和适当的信号处理方法,能有效地消除光源波动、被测物体反射率变化及外界干扰因素对测量结果的影响。经实际应用证明,在动态范围3mm时,可分辨的最小位移变化量为0.01mm。
This article describes a new type of reflective light intensity modulation dual-probe optical fiber displacement sensor structure and working principle. The structure and the appropriate signal processing method can effectively eliminate the influence of the fluctuation of the light source, the change of the reflectivity of the measured object and the external disturbing factor on the measurement result. The practical application shows that in the dynamic range of 3mm, the smallest displacement can be resolved change of 0.01mm.
