本文通过在铝及铝合金铸锭中添加稀土元素,研究了稀土对铸锭组织的影响,结果表明,加入适量的稀土,可使纯铝空心铸锭晶粒细化,柱状晶区减少一半左右,晶粒内的树枝晶明显细化和均匀化,消除了铁小于硅的不良影响,十分显著地减少了铸锭疏松缺陷,减少了疏松针孔的直径。加入微量稀土,可使LD31合金实心铸锭的晶粒细化,柱状晶区完全消除。稀土的加入,明显地提高了铝及铝合金铸锭的质量,从而改善其下道工序的加工性能和产品的质量。
In this paper, rare earth elements are added into the aluminum and aluminum alloy ingot to study the effect of rare earth on the ingot structure. The results show that the grain size of pure aluminum hollow ingot can be refined and the columnar grain area reduced by about half , The dendrites in the crystal grains are obviously refined and homogenized, the adverse effect of less iron than silicon is eliminated, the loose defects of the ingot are obviously reduced, and the diameter of the loose pinholes is reduced. By adding trace rare earth, the grains of LD31 alloy solid ingot can be refined and the columnar crystal area can be completely eliminated. The addition of rare earth significantly improves the quality of the aluminum and aluminum alloy ingot, thereby improving the processability and product quality of the next process.
