各区、市、县人民政府,市府直属各单位:近几年来,我市的安全生产形势十分严峻,去年因工死亡一百三十四人,上升了25.23%。今年以来,伤亡事故未能有效控制,三至五月重大伤亡事故接连发生。今年上半年,全市因工死亡八十九人,与去年同期相比上升了48.3%。其中石矿场死亡二十八人,占31.5%,给国家和人民生命财产造成了很大损失。为进一步加强露天采石场的安全生产管理,采取有力措施迅速扭转当前露天采石场安全生产被动局面,特作如下通知,
Each district, city and county people’s government and municipality directly under the Central Government: In recent years, the safety situation in our city has been very serious. Last year, 134 people died of work-related injuries, an increase of 25.23%. Since the beginning of this year, casualties have not been effectively controlled and serious casualties occur from March to May. In the first half of this year, the city died of 89 jobs, up 48.3% from the same period of last year. Among them, 28 were quarries in the quarry, accounting for 31.5%, causing great loss to the life and property of the country and its people. In order to further strengthen the safety management of open-air quarries and take effective measures to promptly reverse the current situation of passive safety in open-air quarries, we hereby make the following special notice:
