针对水下能见度较低,加上流速、潮汐等复杂因素的影响,钻爆施工中可能导致事故发生的潜在危险因素比较多。采用因果分析图对施工过程中潜在的危险源进行辨析,利用层次分析法对危险源的因果关系构造递阶层次结构,结合1—9判断标度求出各评价因素的判断矩阵,并进行权重计算和一致性检验,最后利用模糊数学对钻爆施工进行安全综合评价。通过工程实例检验,文中采用的模糊综合评价方法在实际应用中是可行的。
In view of the low visibility in underwater and the complicated factors such as flow velocity and tide, there are many potential risk factors that may lead to accidents during drilling and blasting. The causality analysis chart is used to analyze the potential hazards in the construction process, the hierarchy analysis is used to construct the hierarchical structure of the causal relationship between hazards, and the judging matrix of each evaluation factor is combined with the 1-9 judgment scale, Calculation and consistency test. Finally, fuzzy mathematics is used to evaluate the safety of drilling and blasting construction. Through the engineering example test, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method used in this paper is feasible in practical application.
