采用不完全双列杂交设计,估算了愈伤组织诱导、分化、培养力值及其配合力相对效应值,并测定了亲本对早熟、抗病、抗倒伏性状的影响,结果表明,花培品系T84104组配的后代分化率和培养力较高,并且易获得早熟、抗倒伏的花粉植株。当该亲本和其它抗病品种杂交时,经花药培养有可能选出优良的新品系。此外,讨论了如何增加绿苗数和花培亲本选择问题。
Incomplete diallel crosses were used to evaluate the effects of callus induction, differentiation, culture value and their combining ability, and the effects of parents on the precocity, disease resistance and lodging resistance of the callus were evaluated. The results showed that, T84104 group with higher offspring differentiation rate and culture ability, and easy to get premature, lodging resistant pollen plants. When this parent is crossed with other resistant varieties, it is possible to select good new lines by anther culture. In addition, we discussed how to increase the number of green seedlings and the choice of cultivating their parents.
