目的 :探讨人骨肉瘤组织中cyclinE和ki 6 7蛋白的表达。方法 :采用免疫组化S P法检测 30例骨肉瘤和10例骨软骨瘤组织中cyclinE和ki 6 7蛋白的表达情况。结果 :骨肉瘤组织中cyclinE及ki 6 7蛋白阳性表达率分别为 93.33%和 6 6 .6 7% ,骨软骨瘤中分别为 30 %和 10 % ,2者的阳性表达率在不同组织中差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。cyclinE蛋白表达强度与ki 6 7蛋白表达强度之间呈正相关 (rs=0 .6 4 1,P <0 .0 1)。结论 :骨肉瘤组织中cyclinE和ki 6 7蛋白均为高表达 ,它们与骨肉瘤的发生、发展有相关性。
Objective: To investigate the expression of cyclinE and ki 67 in human osteosarcoma. Methods: The expressions of cyclinE and ki 67 proteins in 30 osteosarcomas and 10 osteochondroma tissues were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results: The positive rates of cyclinE and ki 6 7 in osteosarcoma were 93.33% and 66.76%, respectively. The positive rates of cyclinE and ki67 in osteochondroma were 30% and 10% There was statistical significance (P <0.05). The expression of cyclinE protein was positively correlated with the expression of ki 67 protein (rs = 0.641, P <0.01). Conclusion: The expressions of cyclinE and ki 67 proteins in osteosarcoma are highly expressed, which are correlated with the occurrence and development of osteosarcoma.
