作者所研制的新测量方法适用于镗孔时测量回转型刀具的径向误差运动。测量和切削试验在铣床上进行。把回转型刀具的误差运动与主轴端部的误差运动、镗孔的圆度图象及刀具的动态特性作了比较,得到下列结论:(1)镗孔时,回转型刀具的径向误差运动可用检查标准球和在镗杆上的小金属片之间的间隙而准确地测量出来。(2)在与精加工铝件相同的切削条件下,切削过程对回转型刀具的径向误差运动影响很小。但另一方面回转型刀具的动态特性则有很大的影响。
The new measurement method developed by the author is suitable for measuring the radial error movement of a rotary tool when boring. Measurement and cutting tests are carried out on a milling machine. The error motion of the rotary cutter and the error movement of the spindle end, the circularity of the borehole and the dynamic characteristics of the tool are compared. The following conclusions are obtained: (1) When the boring, the rotary tool radial error movement It can be accurately measured by checking the clearance between the standard ball and the sequins on the boring bar. (2) Under the same cutting conditions as finishing aluminum, the cutting process has little effect on the radial error of rotary tool. However, on the other hand, the dynamic characteristics of rotary tools have a great influence.
