研究增强学习记忆功能的药物无论对实验或临床药理学家均为难题。有关药物对学习和记忆的作用,已往报道颇多矛盾和分歧,主要是由于实验模型和药物剂量各异,以及缺乏普遍认可的有效标准品所致。此外,在单项行为模型上进行不同活性物质的系统评价也很不足。为此,作者等研究用小鼠一次性被动回避反应-电休克(PA)和大鼠爬杆(PC)两种试验方法,平行观察了一系列不同药理类别的药物对于学习和记忆过程的影响。
Research to enhance the learning and memory of drugs for both experimental or clinical pharmacologists are difficult. The conflicting and disagreeable reports on the role of drugs in learning and memory have been reported mainly due to the differences in experimental models and drug doses and the lack of universally accepted valid standards. In addition, systematic reviews of different actives on a single behavioral model are inadequate. To this end, the authors studied the effects of a series of different pharmacological classes of drugs on learning and memory processes in parallel with the two-time passive avoidance response - electrical shock (PA) and rat pole climbing (PC) .
