背景介绍武绍智,北京市邦道律师事务所主任,中国中小企业协会律师团团长。作为新中国恢复律师制度后第一批专职律师,武绍智在律师业内取得了不俗的业绩。因从事经济犯罪研究与辩护工作业绩出众,他被媒体称为“中国经济犯罪辩护第一人”。在26年的律师生涯中,武绍智亲自办理及参与过的案件超过1000起。在众多案件中,山东青岛齐能化工有限公司实际控制人刘迪案是在他心中打下深刻烙印的案件之一。
Background Wu Shaozhi, director of Beijing Bangdao Law Firm, head of law firm of China Association of Small and Medium Enterprises. As the first batch of full-time lawyers after the resumption of lawyer system in New China, Wu Shaozhi achieved good performance in the lawyer’s profession. He was called “the first person to defend China’s economic crime” by the media because of his achievements in research and defense of economic crimes. During his 26 years of lawyer career, Wu Shaozhi handled and participated in more than 1,000 cases. Among many cases, the case of Liu Di, the actual controller of Qingdao QIngneng Chemical Co., Ltd., was one of the cases that he imprinted deeply in his mind.
