Based on the text of his work Beloved, this article explains the American black consciousness conveyed in it. The disintegration of the black slave system has given black women physical and economic liberation, but mentally, because of the cruelty of slavery in the past, they have undergone a process of understanding the past in the process of liberating themselves. As a black female writer, Morrison tries to return to the black culture and tradition through the exploration of content and writing technique. By reviewing history, depicting womens blacks and racism struggles, especially the struggle for love as a weapon, the author expressed his determination to continue his fight against racism. Seek spiritual liberation by returning to humanity, reality and self. All of this shows Morrison - the black consciousness of being an African-American and providing the foundation for other African Americans to better understand the roots of their culture and civilization in a multicultural United States.
