1例男性21岁的急性单核细胞性白血病患者,经联合化疗第一次缓解后,用大剂量环磷酰胺、阿糖胞苷及全身照射500rad预处理后,进行了多胎肝移植,获得非永久性植活的证据;患者合并皮肤移植物抗宿主病(Ⅰ度)。对胎肝移植的有关问题作了讨论。
One male, 21-year-old acute monocytic leukemia, was treated with 500rad of high-dose cyclophosphamide, cytarabine and whole-body irradiation and then subjected to multiple fetal liver transplantation after the first remission with combination chemotherapy. Evidence of permanent engraftment; patients with skin graft versus host disease (Grade I). Fetal liver transplantation related issues were discussed.
