近年来,党中央一再强调:我们要在建设高度物质文明的同时,建设高度的社会主义精神文明。而后,又郑重地把“建设高度精神文明”写进了新党章草案中。特别是中央领导同志就建设社会主义精神文明问题作了多次重要讲话以后,更引起了全党全军和全国各族人民的广泛重视和认真实践。最近,党的十一届六中全会通过的《关于建国以来党的若干历史问题的决议》中,又强调指出:“社会主义必须有高度的精神文明”,并对此作了精辟阐述。这给我们理论工作者提出了一个严肃而光荣的任务,就是必须加强对建设高度精神文明问题的研究和论证。“社会主义必须有高度的精神文明”,这不仅是现实生活的迫切要求,也是科学社会主义的题中应有之义。人类社会的发展和社会主义的实践表明,建设高度精神文明是历史发展的必然,是建设社会主义的必然要求。本文仅将我们读过的马克思、恩格斯、列宁、斯大林有关这一问题的重要论述及其基本观点,归纳简述如下。
In recent years, the Central Party Committee has repeatedly stressed: We must build a high degree of materialism of socialism while building a high level of socialist spiritual civilization. Then, he solemnly put “building a highly spiritual civilization” into the draft of the new party constitution. In particular, the central leading comrades have made many important speeches on the issue of building a socialist spiritual civilization and have even aroused the widespread attention and serious practice of the entire party, the whole army, and the people of all ethnic groups across the country. Recently, the “Resolution on Certain Historical Issues of the Party since the Founding of the People's Republic of China” passed at the 6th Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party also stressed: “Socialism must have a high degree of spiritual civilization” and elaborated on it. This poses a serious and glorious task for our theoretical workers, that is, we must strengthen research and demonstration on the issue of building a highly spiritual civilization. “Socialism must have a high degree of spiritual civilization,” which is not only an urgent requirement of real life, but also a subject of scientific socialism. The development of human society and the practice of socialism show that building a highly spiritual civilization is an inevitable historical development and an inevitable requirement for building socialism. This article summarizes only the important discourse on Marx and Engels, Lenin and Stalin we read about this issue and their basic points of view as follows.
