全国第六届财政基础理论讨论会综述

7月29日至8月3日,中国财政学会在辽宁抚顺召开“全国第六届财政基础理论讨论会”。这次会议,以邓小平同志视察南方的重要讲话、中央政治局全体会议精神为指导,紧紧围绕新形势下财政基础理论发展问题进行了广泛讨论。这里发表的几篇文章是我们从这次会议论文中选出的,以期引起更广泛、深入的讨论。

From July 29 to August 3, the China Institute of Finance convened the “Sixth National Seminar on Basic Financial Theory” in Fushun, Liaoning. At the meeting, Comrade Deng Xiaoping inspected the important speech in the South and the spirit of the plenary meeting of the Central Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee as the guide, closely discussing the development of the basic financial theory under the new situation. Several articles published here were selected from the papers in this conference in order to arouse more extensive and in-depth discussions.
