随着新军事变革的不断发展,信息化条件下的联合作战已成为现代战争的基本作战样式。中央军委明确指出,未来我军无论在什么方向作战,都是信息化条件下联合作战。政治工作是我军的生命线和战斗力构成的重要因素,必将在联合作战中发挥越来越重要的功能和作用。着眼强军目标要求,提升联合作战政治工作能力,推进我军联合作战政治工作创新发展。这既是当前的一个紧迫课题,又是今后经常性的重要任务。因此,深入探究联合作战政治工作新特点新要求是题中应有之义。
With the continuous development of the new military revolution, joint operations under the condition of informationization have become the basic mode of operation for modern warfare. The Central Military Commission clearly pointed out that no matter what direction our army fights in the future, they will all engage in joint operations under the conditions of informationization. Political work is an important factor that constitutes our army’s lifeline and combat effectiveness and will surely play an increasingly important role in joint operations. Focus on the requirements of the goal of strengthening the armed forces, enhance the capability of political work in joint operations and promote the innovation and development of the political work of our joint operations. This is both an urgent issue at present and an important and recurring task in the future. Therefore, exploring the new requirements of the new features of the joint operations in political work is the proper meaning of the questions.
