浙江温岭县江下乡沙山村干部、县人民代表李宗林,是一位名闻省内外的养殖行家。1991年他组织承包了沙山盐场一口面积为50亩的虾塘(该塘条件差,平均蓄水深只有50～60cm,是报废盐田改建而成的)。实行三季虾养殖和多品种养殖,总产量23500公斤(其中:一季中国对虾5500公斤、二季长毛对虾5182公斤、三季脊尾白虾2100公斤、缢蛏4680公斤、泥蚶5386公斤、锯缘青蟹602公斤),平均亩产达470公斤,总产值33.56万元,总纯收入20.111万元,创亩效益4022.20元,劳均收入达50777.50元。他的主要经验有五条:
