大黄■虫丸为“金匮要略”原方,历代用于治疗“血症”。近年来,曾用于治疗肝脾肿大。我院第一附属医院普外急腹症组,根据其活血化淤作用,用于防治肠粘连,获得一定疗效,我院药理教研室曾进行动物实验,证明该药丸可减轻大白鼠实验性肠粘连的形成和发展,并证明其作用可能与增进肠蠕动,改善腹腔循环有关。大黄■虫丸原方主用于“血症”,其防治肠粘连可能与血凝有关,我们进行了以下实验:
