中小企业技术创新是实现高质量经济增长的根本途径,是实现东北经济再振兴的重要推动力。而科技企业孵化器能够为处在初创阶段的科技型中小企业提供所需的孵化资源和孵化服务,已然成为中小企业创新成果转化与培育的重要载体,为高新技术发展及产业结构调整发挥着重要作用。有必要通过全面分析吉林省科技企业孵化器的发展现状及存在问题,认为吉林省科技企业孵化器并未满足孵化企业的实际服务需要,需优化升级,并提出提高孵化能力的可行性建议。
Technological innovation in small and medium-sized enterprises is the fundamental way to achieve high-quality economic growth and an important driving force for re-energizing the economy in Northeast China. However, S & T incubators can provide the necessary hatching resources and incubation services for S & T SMEs in their infancy, which has become an important carrier for the transformation and cultivation of SMEs innovation achievements, and plays an important role in the development of high and new technology and industrial restructuring . It is necessary to comprehensively analyze the status quo and existing problems of science and technology business incubators in Jilin Province. It is concluded that science and technology business incubators in Jilin Province do not meet the actual service needs of incubators, need to be optimized and upgraded, and proposed feasible suggestions for improving incubation capacity.
