随着社会经济的不断发展,信息技术与传统产业的融合对于我国房地产业的生产与经营提出了更高的要求。事实表明,信息化已不再是房地产业的效益工程而是其生存工程,信息化建设对于提高企业效率、降低成本、规范管理、提升竞争力等方面都将发挥着越来越重要的作用。
With the continuous development of social economy, the integration of information technology and traditional industries has put forward higher requirements for the production and management of China’s real estate industry. The fact shows that informatization is no longer a benefit project of the real estate industry, but a survival project. Information construction will play an increasingly important role in improving enterprise efficiency, reducing costs, standardizing management and enhancing competitiveness.
