目的探讨垂体瘤的眼部表现及误诊原因,尽可能减少错误的临床判断。方法对3例垂体瘤误诊青光眼的患者资料进行回顾性分析。结果病史采集不详细,全面系统检查不够和未能充分认识垂体瘤在眼部的表现是误诊主要原因。结论全面系统的检查和对此病的综合分析,结合传统的视野、PVEP、CT、MRI检查有助于提高对垂体瘤的诊断水平。
Objective To investigate the ocular manifestations and the causes of misdiagnosis of pituitary tumors, and to reduce the wrong clinical judgment. Methods Three cases of pituitary tumor misdiagnosed glaucoma were retrospectively analyzed. Results of the history of the acquisition is not detailed, comprehensive and systematic examination is not enough and failed to fully understand the performance of pituitary tumors in the eye is the main reason for misdiagnosis. Conclusion Comprehensive and systematic examination and comprehensive analysis of the disease, combined with the traditional field of vision, PVEP, CT, MRI examination can help improve the diagnosis of pituitary tumors.
